Shipping: I ship using USPS and try to ship within 2-3 days of purchase. My shipping prices currently reflect shipping to the contiguous 48 US states. It is difficult to estimate the cost of shipping because location is a large pricing factor. If shipping costs (including packaging materials, transportation costs, etc.) are significantly lower than what you paid, I will certainly refund you the difference. Additionally, if shipping costs are significantly higher I will adjust the price and notify you for confirmation before continuing the order.

Local Pickup: Unfortunately shipping pottery is expensive, so I recommend that if you are in town or live nearby that you request to pick up the piece instead. We can arrange via email a time that works for both of us. I am generally available during the day and in the evenings from 4-7pm and I live in the northern suburbs of St. Paul, MN. Payment: I accept payment through Paypal, a secure off-site payment processing company. You do not need an account with them to complete your order. After the purchase, you will be redirected back to www.phillipschmidtpottery.com.

Exchanges/Refunds: I hope you will be delighted with any full-priced purchase. But if not, you may return it time stamped within 14 days for an option below:
1. Request a refund for the price of the pottery.
2. Apply the price of the piece towards another purchase.
With both options, you pay all return shipping costs.

PACKING FOR RETURN: Please reuse the original packing materials and make sure the piece is well wrapped and cushioned. I cannot refund or give credit for chipped, cracked and broken pieces or damage that occurred during return shipment if your shipper does not accept responsibility for the claim.

BREAKAGE: If you receive a piece that has been broken during shipment, please notify me within 24 hours. It is essential to save pieces and original packing materials for inspection and collection by our shipper.
